RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The Undersigned assumes the
unavoidable risks inherent in all horse-related activities, including but not
limited to bodily injury and physical harm to horse, rider and spectator.
In consideration for the
privilege of riding and/or working around horses at Ellington Stables, located
at 680 West That Road, Bloomington IN 47403, the Undersigned hereby agrees to
hold harmless and indemnify Jeff and Hope Ellington and heirs or any other persons
or corporations associated with Jeff Ellington, Kathy Ellington Swango and Mary
Ann Hope and further release them from any liability or responsibility for
accident, damage, injury or illness to the undersigned, your minor children,
your property, any horse owned by the Undersigned or to any family member or
spectator accompanying the Undersigned on the premises.
Notice: Under Indiana law, an equine professional is
not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine
activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
